AstroFit Training

Want to get fit in a fun group environment? We’re just launched AstroFit and we’re now taking sign ups. Designed for individual guys/girls or teams, Astrofit is a fun group fitness training programme which combines the best of circuit, strength, functional and team sport training. You don’t need soccer skills just a desire to get fit and challenge yourself.

6 week programme with 2 training sessions per week at 7pm in the evening, followed by an optional social kick about at the weekend giving you low cost regular exercise of just €5.33 per session. Programme costs €96 total, including fitness tests before and after to gauge your progress. Limited number of spaces. Programme is available at Tallaght and Coolock. Mitsubishi L200 F5WC Thailand 2016

The biggest 5-a-side tournament in the world is back. The Mitsubishi L200 F5WC will send the winning team to represent Ireland in Thailand in 2016 at the world championships, with an all expenses paid trip (flights, hotel accommodation, food, Ireland kits, transfers).
5aside qualifiers will take place all over Ireland with the top 32 teams playing at a Finals Day on 2nd January 2016 in Dublin. The top 16 teams will receive a set of jerseys each and have the opportunity to battle it out and be crowned the Football 5s Ireland Champions.
